We offer a wide range of diamond drilling aswell as floor and track sawing, handheld sawing and more. Our most frequent labour consists of preparation for gas and water mains, track sawing doorways, and cutting concrete floors to allow for the installation of stairs and elevators.

BIGGEST PROJECT

Biggest project to date working in conjunction with My Construction in Manchester city centre with a value of £100k+ We have been on this site since September 2022 and have had up to 5 drillers at any one time, we have done over 1000 core hole up to 1.1m deep, Track sawing doorways and lift shaft openings as well as chasing for conduits in stairwell also floor sawing expansion joints for freshly laid concrete floors.

We had Elite on one of our sites in Manchester on and off for a few months late 2022/2023. They were the 3rd drilling firm we’d had on site as other firms weren’t providing required labour and up to now have been exemplary. Their works package has included concrete drilling core holes, track sawing doorways and lift shafts, stitch drilling and breaking out lift pits in existing slabs and more. They provided reliable, safety conscious skilled operatives who come to us if and when any issues arise and provide expert knowledge and advice to help come to practical solutions. Required one six inch hole cutting for an extractor fan. Should have been a straight forward job but my wall had a layer of mesh hidden behind the plaster which meant the drill kept snarling on it. Shane managed to use all manner of tools to overcome the problem and I was still left with a nice new hole for my fan. I would definitely recommend Elite Drilling Services based on my experience today.

Needed a hole drilling next day. Rang on Friday 5pm and hole drilled by 11am on Saturday. Really responsive and good price. Definately recommended. Will be using their services in the future
